Remote Assistance can be offered by certain services being installed on the client’s workstation or network device and a high-speed internet connection at the customer’s end. This provides the quickest way to resolve most everyday issues at an affordable price.
On-Site Assistance is usually for services that can not be fixed with remote assistance, installation services, urgent matters when internet connection is not available.
Response Time: Generally response time is less than 1 hour. A service-level-agreement is available for customers who wish for priority and urgent response time at a fee of $500/year. Please be aware that these agreements are generally for business with mission critical applications that SoluNetics would be responsible for maintaining.
Bulk Rates: Bulk rates can be offered with pre-purchase of consulting time in increments of 8 hours. Please contact us for bulk-rate time.
